HOW IT ALL BEGAN
40 YEARS OF HISTORY
Welcome to TC's restaurant, established in 1979. We are the longest continually operated eatery in the Mt. Snow Valley. We are family owned and operated for over 40 years! Help us celebrate the second generation of family ownership at TC's Restaurant.
In 1967 Terry and Cathy Clark moved to West Dover, Vermont. After working at Snow Lake Lodge and the Andirons they opened TC's in the winter of '79. In the beginning, Terry, Cathy, and their son Tim spent their winters in Vermont and their summers in Newport and Block Island, Rhode Island. When their daughter Kelly was born in 1983, they moved to Vermont full time to run TC's Restaurant and take advantage of raising their children by a ski mountain!
While the whole family are avid skiers, Kelly, at a young age, wanted to switch over to a newer sport that was just gaining popularity, snowboarding. She attended the Mt. Snow Academy and began her career at the age of 14 competing in the halfpipe. Today Kelly is the most decorated female rider in the world. Her accomplishments include four Olympic teams, a Gold & two Bronze Olympic medals, Rider of the Year awards, numerous Xgames medals, and even an Espy! In the 2013 season, Kelly celebrated her 60th win which is more than any other snowboarder, male or female. Her recent bronze medal in her fourth Olympics in Sochi makes her a 3-time Olympic medalist. TC's Restaurant is proud to showcase Kelly's many awards, medals, snowboards and memorabilia from her epic career.
The restaurant is now owned and run by Terry and Cathy's son Tim and his wife Becky, continuing the family tradition for over 40 years! Stop by for Good Food, Good Friends and Good Times at TC's!
